Consecoard
A new highway curving through the Armenian highlands above a reservoir at dawn

Safety first. Environment always.

Local ground. Global standards

Since 2012, Consecoard has prepared the impact assessments, safeguard plans and climate-finance proposals behind projects across Armenia, to national law and to World Bank, ADB, KfW and Adaptation Fund standards.

One team for Armenian law and international safeguards.

Every internationally financed project in Armenia answers to two reviewers: the state, through environmental impact assessment and expertise, and the lender, through its safeguard policy. We prepare work that satisfies both, drawing on fieldwork in every region of the country and a multidisciplinary team of environmental scientists, economists, social development, legal and biodiversity specialists.
